Keptin Jr. makes these very cute cuddle people. They have different ones with overalls, pigtails, dresses, but with any faces. They are so soft and are stuffed with sheep’s wool so they warm slightly when snuggled with. Their site only lists two US stores but if you search for Keptin Jr. toys, you can find quite a few stores carry them and can be orded from online. Toys R Us carries the fantasy blocks from Sevi. These blocks are very different from traditional block shapes to stimulate creativity and are dyed with vegetable dyes. I also found a very cute stuffed animal bowling set with a soft cotton ball. Hope this gives you some ideas.
Well a friend of the family had triplets and he made them like rocking toys for them to sit in out of wood like one had a car one had a boat and one had a motorbike and engraved their names. They are really good I’m sure you could find some organic ones somewhere or get them made especially! Its the kind of thing you can keep for years (they are 3 and still play on them now). For girls maybe you could have different shapes though.
Alternatively, get them both a charm bracelet each and every year buy them a charm for their birthday, but get the bracelet bigger and give it them when they are older – i would have loved someone to do that to me!
tell us what you get them!
a gift certifacate to wherever the parents want to take them to get toys., then yoiu dont haver to shop all ove to find an “organic toy”!
hope this helped
