Can Anyone Give Me Ideas For Homemade Dog Toys?

Filed in Category Dog Toys

You see my dog is bored to DEATH and I need some homemade dog toys. I DO NOT need ideas about socks, plastic stuff (dangerous), balls, or cheap things from stores! Gas is too expensive and my family
is trying to save money!
P.S. No bones or ropes! I really want a creative idea!

    This is a everlasting toy.
    You first need to buy a kong toy. {Around 7 bucks}
    Trust me it will last forever.
    OKay then get peanutbutter and put it in the toy. dogs love the challenge to try to get the peanut butter it keeps them busy for hours.
    Fun and it tastes good.

    This is sort of like a rope but it may work. don’t know what kind of dog you have but for bigger dogs and ones that like to chew, you could try a fleecy chew. This is easier on their gums and it is fairly easy to make. If you go to a fabric store or walmart and buy some fleece material, (like blanket fleece). Then you cut it into strips quite a bit long. The longer for longer toys. They you knot the middle of the strips, you braid the strips and then knot both ends. This makes a good tug toy and a chew toy that doesn’t make a lot of noise either. Use more fleece strips for heavier chewers. Good Luck with you dog.

    get a melon or orange or something shaped like half of one. smear some penutbutter on the insides it should keep your dog busy for a while.
    if you dont think that was good try an old piece of tube or hose. put somesort of thing inside it they will love trying to get teh treats and the tube will clean their teeth.
