Does Kong Replace Its Own Product When The Dog Toys Are Broken?

I heard that the Kong Dog toy company will replace any kong toy that is damaged, and replace it for free? I don’t know if it was part of some new warranty on kong toys, but am curious to see if any one else has heard about kong replacing any chewed through dog toys from their company.

I think they’ll only replace a Kong toy that has a fault in it, not one that has been chewed and naturally worn out by a dog. My dog has had his Kong ball for a year and it’s still in great shape, only ball he can fetch with without tearing to shreds.
I would suggest you contact the company and ask. I have not yet had a Kong destroyed, and my Rottweilers can play very rough with it. Sorry, I do not have an answer for you.
I should imagine they will replace a kong that is faulty in some way but I highy doubt they will replace one just becuase your dog has chewed it.
I have known rotties destroy kongs but never heard of getting money back.
I have also heard that the black is the strongest.
