You boil water and then put the items in there for a bit.

Boil them.
Or if you look online at clorox bleach, they have a list of how much bleach to use for certain things like toys and bottles.

miltons have a sterizing wipe hun i use that on all my kids toys and as for sterilizing bottles dont sterilize them till you are ready to use them

Putting them in the dish washer if they are plastic and the washing machine if they are stuffed animals.

Steam cleaning or boiling.
Babies stuff everything in their mouths, I was uncomfortable(and still am) with harsh chemical cleaners.
