Is There A Safe Place To Park My Car For 3 Days In Neral Station So That I Can Take The Toy Train To Matheran?

I am travelling from Mumbai to Matheran by own car. I intend to park my car near Neral station and take the toy train to Matheran. I want to know is there a safe place available in or around Neral station to park my car for 3 days.

    There are several private car parking lots in Neral. These are safe – but do not keep anything valuable in your car + check all doors etc are properly locked, while you leave.
    If you can drive till Dasturi on Matheran road, park your car there. It is nearer to Matheran ( hardly 3 kms away ) and it is well looked after parking lot. You need to negotiate sharp upward bends on the narrow road to reach Dasturi – it’s ghats sections with curves.
